Part of the Amber Bay offering includes MFI Mouldings. Through a dedicated approach to recycling, and the understanding that our operations have an effect on the environment, Amber Bay created the first polystyrene recycling plant in Durban in 2012.

 

This state of the art manufacturing and extrusion plant allows us to synthetically mould a range of products from photo frames to mirrors from recycled material, combining high volume local production and job creation, with a reduced carbon footprint.

 

With an excess of 500 profile available, our ability to ensure quick turnaround to our chain stores, with reduced imported stock holdings, not only makes sound commercial sense, but delivers on our duty of care towards future generations.
